Client has four (4) months from start date to finish date to finish training program.
Day School dogs must arrive no later than 8:30 a.m. and leave no earlier than 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Private sessions scheduled outside of Day School hours are at each individual trainer’s discretion.
Provided that due and diligent care is exercised, I hereby waive and release Dog Day Afternoon. LLC and its employees from any and all liability of any nature, including but not limited to, injury or damage which myself, a member of my family, or my dog may suffer while on the grounds or surrounding area.
